    When you work with a coach for your health, you can be assured that they will be tuning in closely to what you say and ask questions that prompt honest answers from you.     The amount of time it takes to make progress in what you’re doing depends on several factors. These include what you want to achieve, where you currently stand, how much effort you invest in the task, and how quickly you grasp the concepts. It may take just 2-4 sessions or several dozen before you can confidently continue without assistance. So, there’s no fixed duration for making progress.
